Connect your phone system to your AI.
Ask your AI assistant about your calls, voicemail, faxes, and texts in plain English. EpMCP connects Endpoint UCS to the AI tools you already use.
Beta access requests open
Animated example showing EpMCP in use: a user types questions about missed calls, voicemail, and routing issues. Below the chat, a live diagram shows how each request flows through the EpMCP redaction server based on credential scope.
Capabilities
What your AI can do.
Call reports in plain English.
"How many calls did I miss this week?" Get the answer without exporting a spreadsheet.
Voicemail, fax, and texts.
Find a message, see what came in, and catch up faster.
AI summaries.
Get the short version of your day's calls and messages.
And more.
Your AI can pull reports and answer everyday questions about your phone activity.
Recorded content, such as call recordings, transcripts, voicemail, and message text, needs the related features on your account.
Setup
How to get started with the EpMCP.
Request access.
Tell us which users want to try EpMCP.
Get a one-time code.
Each user receives a single-use code by email.
Connect it to your AI.
Paste the code into Claude or ChatGPT, then ask your first question. EpMCP is currently being tested with Grok and other AI assistants.
Governance and onboarding
Four checkpoints on every question.
ONBOARDING
01Invite
- 1Endpoint UCS sets up the seat
- 2A single-use code arrives by email
- 3Paste it once in Claude or ChatGPT
Codes expire and work once. A wrong address leaks an invite, never a login.

Kept six years in locked storage. Any seat can be revoked instantly.
Four checkpoints on every AI question: a single-use invite, seat scope from one extension up to one site or a whole domain, a recorded-content filter that defaults to Blocked, and an audit record kept six years.
Guardrails
Recorded content is a per-customer policy, and the default is Blocked.
Strict by default.
Recorded content stays Blocked until your admin says otherwise. Sensitive data such as card numbers and health details can be redacted before any AI sees it, and every access is logged for six years.
Call recordings, transcripts, voicemail, message text, AI call summaries and fax pages are governed per tenant. Call metadata is always available; content is not, until your admin says so.
DEFAULT
Blocked
No recorded content leaves the platform. Every operational question still works.
defaultLEVEL 2
Metadata
Recording exists, duration, who and when. Never the words.
LEVEL 3
Redacted
Transcripts and fax pages delivered with names, numbers and identifiers masked.
LEVEL 4
Full
Verbatim content, authorized by the customer.
EpMCP
Policy enforced per tenant
Strict by default: recorded content stays Blocked until your admin says otherwise. Levels are Blocked, Metadata, Redacted (masked) and Full (authorized by the customer). Every access is logged for six years.
Trust
Security, in plain words.
Invite-only.
Access starts with a single-use code that expires.
Scoped to the user.
Each person sees only what their seat allows.
Recorded content is blocked by default.
Your organization chooses whether to allow it, and can choose masking so names and numbers are hidden.
Every request is logged.
The audit log is kept for 6 years.
Instant revoke.
Turn off any user's access at any time.
Beta
